Please note underneath each product the lead time for the order. Some items take longer to make and pending on how busy we are we may take upto 4 weeks to dispatch. It's a one woman show from sourcing materials, making your order, to packing and dispatching.
On occasions like Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Christmas etc we are generally busier than normal so we advise that you order in advance and be aware that there will be longer lead times.
Shipping is generally via An Post as we find them the most reliable. Postage is calculated by weight and is standard unless over a certain weight. If you wish to have your package shipped tracked I can do this the cost will be yours at €9. Most packages ship standard to keep the cost down for you.
Once your order is shipped please allow a couple of days for delivery. If for whatever reason your order does not arrive we ask that you wait an appropriate amount of time for delivery and if still no sign we will replace the order. We do NOT offer refunds on personalised orders, we will replace the original order but we do not refund.
